19 Point Checklist

 

 

  • Data is checked, cleaned, deduped and segmented as required.
  • Prior to commencing your job we send you PDF proofs for sign off or if required "Live" packs.
  • Verify first record printed matches first record on tracking report.
  • We test all DPID barcodes on printing to ensure they confirm to Australia Post requirements.
  • Quality check all printed records.
  • Verify fold finish matches client requested fold.
  • Confirm folded material fits to required packaging i.e Live folding fits to window face envelope/die.
  • Cut address panel.
  • Quality check all folded materials.
  • Verify sorted material quantities match processing manifests.
  • Verify where an address panel applies (i.e. Window face envelope), all address information displays clearly and within accordance to Australia Post specifications.
  • Test, where applicable, DPID barcode is within Australia Post specifications including read test.
  • Verify last record printed matches last record on tracking sheet.
  • Check component order matches client requested order of material.
  • Test final pack dimensions are in accordance to client requested specifications and Australia Post specifications.
  • Verify (where an address panel applies) that all address information displays clearly and within accordance to Australia Post specifications.
  • Quality check all material at output for conformance, quality of finished pack, component completion.
  • All quantities are checked/matched and documented.
  • All of our hand line staff wear white gloves when handling gloss stock.
