Q. What format should I send data files to you in?
A. Centrica accepts most formats including ASCII and comma delimited

Q. What artwork formats do you accept?
A. Centrica accepts most formats, PDF, jpeg, illustrator & indesign

Q. What is bleed?
A. Run off on artwork so when it is cropped the colour goes to edge.

Q. What are crop marks?
A. The Guillotine mark

Q. What stock do you print on?
A. Standard stock for flysheets and letters is 80gsm or 90gsm if duplex or colour.

Q. Where do I send artwork and data to?

Q. How long to process?
A. 3 working days from receipt of all stock is standard turnaround.  Quicker service available  on request

Q. What is your delivery address?

Q. What is the difference in postage between large and DL?
A. DL is $0.50 up to 125g and Large is $1 up to 125g

Q. What is DPID?
A. This allows us to "pre sort" the mail for Australia Post and get reduce postage rates. It also adds two break points between small and large letter. Small Plus and Medium and therefore some substantial postage discounts from large letter.

Q. Is it cheaper to use a window envelope?
A. Yes, if the letter is being personalised.

Q. What type of envelope is machine compatible?
A. Lick and stick wallet style.

Q. Can you fold A3 to DL?
A. Yes

Q. How many onserts can you plastic wrap?
A. 4 plus flysheet.

Q.Can you have more onserts / Inserts and thicker catalogues?
A. Yes it would be in heat sealed plastic bags and handline.

Q. How many inserts can you machine plastic wrap?
A.3

A. Centrica has warehouse capability and depending on the campaign we store stock for our clients

Q. How do you ensure that packages are not marked?
A. All of our skilled staff wear white cotton gloves.
